In Washington, preparations are continuing for the presidential inauguration of Barack Obama.

As the country gears up for a new man in the White House, the legacy of president George Bush is being debated.

I don't think so. Comparing an intelligent adult like Truman to the drunken frat boy like Bush is absurd. Bush was a PR cardboard cut out and fall guy for Cheney and his minions. And weren't Truman, Nixon and even Buchanan actually ELECTED? Bush wasn't.
