There are way too many members of the UN that are guilty of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity to really get behind any prosecution

Most members of the UN are lead by people who should be charged with war crimes and/or crimes against humanity.

Does anyone know anything about the supposed law/executive order whereby the US can use force against the world court to retrieve a captive criminal?
