As soon as this idiot heard the word "school" and "shooting". He immediately concocted his own moronic conclusion that violent video games were to blame. Before ANYONE even knew the facts or even the identity of the gunman! The very least he could have had the common decency to wait a week or two.

John Bruce “Jack” Thompson (born July 25, 1951) is an American attorney and activist, based in Coral Gables, Florida. Thompson describes himself as a Christian conservative and a Republican.

No video games found in VT shooter's dorm
Video games were one of the first things blamed for the recent shootings at Virginia Tech. Dr. Phil and a certain Floridiot lawyer were two of the loudest voices, while an article in the online version of the Washing Post briefly mentioned Cho was a Counter-Strike player in high school. Not a big deal in our eyes, but to the general public if Cho even looked at a video game, it's case-closed.

After police searched Cho's dorm room, however, it seems he didn't own any video games at all. No murder simulators or gun training programs, not even a copy of Tetris.

The mayor of Indianapolis, Bart Peterson (D). Had also linked the killings to video games: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fmln5xeNo4I

5. then my girlfriend must be a full fledged psycho
She is crazy about videogames, especially grand theft auto and right now she is playing a game based on grand theft auto called Bully.

I guess I better start wearing a flack jacket around her!

6. All the EverQuest 2 I play gives me uncontrollable urges
* To kill every Orc in sight
* To pick up every shiny object with a question mark hovering over it I find on the ground
* To spend countless hours crafting all kinds of silly items for the Society for Creative Anachronism
* To upgrade all of my skills to at LEAST Adept 3.
* To hoard collections of every color of leaf and insect imaginable, not to mention bone fragments and magically enhanced "shards" (of what, even I'm not sure)

Do I have a problem?
