According to Gallup, most Americans are unsure as to whether Barack Obama and John McCain chose to participate in the public financing system for their campaign, and the majority say it has no effect on how they view either of the candidates.

and the millions of donations to Obama are a clear threat from him and his campaign to all who used credit cards to make donations. He wants to let us know that he will be taking names if he wins...and even if he doesn't. More fear mongering.
