Time to call some congress critters to get these items stricken from this legislation! Call Vince Bugliosi and many others to stop this criminal act of destroying justice for the world!

That was in 2005.

So what happened with this? Did it get pushed through?

15. Sorry about that, it was posted on another site, and it just had been posted to youtube...
I figured it might have been new, since this is the first time I'd heard this notion presented in this context. Amazing how much stuff slips by us! Anyway, it does serve as a good reminder of what NEEDS to be done when this bum gets out of office! Hope we don't have this bill standing in the way!

18. It's not current
Jack made reference to Bill Frist as the majority leady in the Senate and Dennis Hastert as Speaker of the House. Neither is in Congress any longer.

The date of this event is 2006.

12. Democrats already control the House. This video is from 2006.
He says clearly in the video, "If the Democrats control the House...". According to the following link: http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/node/34972#comment-198000

The bill Cafferty is talking about is the Military Commissions Act of 2006, and it passed.

There is nothing we can do about this now so this video is pointless.

19. Why is this video talking about...
"if the Democrats gain control of the House and Senate"? This obviously is not a current story and is dated. Why are you presenting it as if it is current?
