Another example of McCuckoo's tendency to overreact, not think things through clearly and barge into a situation and make things much worse. A horrible trait for someone aspiring to be President of the United States. Offering condolences before even looking closely at the photos, gathering evidence and coming to intelligent conclusions. Who on Earth would want someone like this to be President of anything???:crazy: :crazy:

He's impulsive and rash. Anybody with any sense at all would step back and wait until the facts were in. I never posted my opinion on this or anything. I was skeptical, but I don't like coming out and making an ass out of myself either way. Most people wouldn't. It turns out the skeptics, most of DU, were right. It was pretty obvious, granted. McCain just jumped without thinking. He's simply not presidential material.

Drudge blared the "Obama" angle yesterday, but no mention today of the *facts*...

- Todd as "official McCain supporter and College Republican"
- McCain supporter admits to making racist claims for political gains

And now MSNBC downplays the "McCain campaign worker" aspect, even going so far as to repeat the hoax theme before finally getting around to mentioning that the hoax perpetrator was a "McCain campaign worker" at the very end of the piece -- but no mention of "College Republican" or that it was a hoax intended to exploit racial feelings.

14. It's not the first time either

There was a College Republican last year, maybe even before that, who said he was beat up and attacked by somebody for his conservative views, he enlisted some big names to help get the word out etc, and he ended up a hoax too. I can't remember exactly where it was and all, I'll have to look it up. It seems like Bob Herbert or somebody like that wrote about it.
