Less than 2 days after the shooting, Blackwater places the killer on a plane out of Iraq.

No charges filed in the:

U.S. Military Justice System
U.S. Civilian Justice System
U.S. Justice Deparement after 10 month investigation, chooses to do nothing.
Employee fined several thousand dollars by Blackwater for cold-blooded murder.
