News story from the summer of 1977 on the tenson between President Carter and African-Americans due to the preceived broken promises from Carter.

Honestly, the Carter Adminstration used some of the same BS crap we heard from the Bush Adminstration on how critizing the President will led to a lose of confidence and faith.
