I still think Cheney was hunting hobos, and mistook his hunting buddy for one of their targets. And how is it again that you can shoot some guy in the face and not even have to pay a fine? Isn't there some negligence or unsafe discharge of a firearm involved there? If Harry Whittington had died (yes, the "old guy" has a name), there could have been manslaughter charges. Shouldn't they at least have taken away Cheney's hunting license? "No more hobo hunts for you!"
