good commentary from a blog:

McCain Tells Fox He's Ready To Suspend Campaign And Reality Again
Risk taking daredevil John McCain told a couple of Fox News chowder heads he'd probably suspend his campaign again if he thought it necessary to "save" the country. I have a suggestion. Maybe McCain should suspend his campaign permanently to save the country from this type of counterproductive grandstanding.

2. Why not just suspend it until Nov. 5th, while you're at it?
That would be the best thing for the country, John.

11. I agree
FOX isn't even making an attempt to hide their leanings. As we get closer to Nov.5th it's getting worse. Especially on this show, who are these morons?

12. A permanent suspension of McCain's campaign sounds good to me.
He's only making matters worse. America knows who is responsible for this mess, and they all have an "R" after their name.

20. "..one of the deepest fiscal crisises (sic) in history"
Gawd sake, McCain...the plural of crisis is crises.
If there's one word repukes should know the plural for it's crisis.
Crises are like Lay's potato chips to you jerks. You can't ever stop at one. In fact, don't even bother trying to remember the singular form anymore. Just use "crises" every time.
You'll be correct more often than not.

21. I bet he tries to pull some shit to protect "Princess Palin"
from the inevitable shredding she going to go through in the VP debate. The republicans know they can't polish that turd, and they're in total damage control mode now. The voters, the media, and the entire world know what a vapid lunatic this shit-head in a skirt truly is. She's become a liability, and a complete embarrassment to the GOP. I love it. They will be pulling something again here in the next few days.

but hey, go ahead, suspend that campaign! A 20 point lead for Obama would make it tougher for them to steal it!

23. What bill will it be Senator, the Bush/Paulson Bill? That is unacceptable
...No taxpayer funded bailout! We need Wall Street traders to kick in funding this thing with a surtax of .65% on all stock trade values to pay back the bailouts distributed so far and to set up a trust fund in the Dept of Revenue to cover future bailout requests.

No more looting and pillaging of the U.S. Treasury to bailout speculators and gamblers! Not a dime fore that.
