1. I'm only the 3rd rec? Should be many more here before me even at this hour.

Dennis is the man who gets things going. Only problem is, few else care and they stop the true progressive steps Dennis has initiated. Some here say Go Dennis and then forget about him by supporting those who stop him or by not voicing yourself to the right people repeatedly until they get it. Mind you this does not apply to everyone obviously, but you who have been doing this know who you are for it isn't just pukes I refer to.

2. All the questions I've been asking, too. Thank god for Dennis.
He was my first pick in the primaries for a reason.

20. You think you're helping anything Dennis might propose in the future
by NOT supporting Obama? If you ain't for the "O" man, you don't belong here.

23. I'm a democrat and have always been, but I can vote the way I see fit.
If I think Dennis is the best, that is my perogative to vote for him and this is my first time not going with the nominee. I didn't swear to vote for whomever is selected as nominee and I don't swear to party loyalties as that's dangerous. I never voted for anybody other than a democrat and don't ever intend to vote otherwise and you have no place here telling me what to do or that I don't belong. I don't feel I'm helping Dennis by voting for "O".

7. ok, I love dennis, but, ...
this means the people holding out on this are Dennis K and a
bunch of troglodyte repubs.
normally I use repubs as a reverse compass,
whatever they think is wrong, and I go the other way.
Now I'm in a quandary, since I don't understand the bill,
and my guy and my enemies are saying the same thing.
what am I to make of that?

8. Someone posted a good thread earlier bout how in times like this the liberal left and conservative
right meet in the middle - on the grounds of common sense. Wish I could remember the thread.. think it's on the greatest page somewhere. But yeah strange bedfellows indeed. I trust Dennis though. :)

9. Why did George W. bUsh have this "bailout" on his desk since last year?
Why is George W. bUsh trying to suddenly ram this "bailout" down our throats without full, open discussion & debate?

Why are there so many safer alternatives that aren't being discussed by everyone?

Why should anyone in their right mind agree to giving an unelected bUsher $700 billion, with no oversight by Congress, no oversight by government, no oversight by courts?

Starting to make you suspect things stink yet?

If this situation is so very important and dire, then it would behoove us to take our time and do it properly; rushing into shit is the patriot act and the iwr all over again. And George W. bUsh had those sitting on his desk even before it was his desk.

Did the republics think the Dems would vote yes and cause the "bailout" to be passed, giving George W. bUsh exactly what he wants and placing all the blame of the scam onto the Dems? Is that why so many repubs voted no?

40% of the Dems voted no; that would be a few more than just Dennis.

Did many repubs vote no because they wanted even less oversight of the money? Were they perhaps afeared of the polls showing how deeply angry & against the "bailout" most Americans are? Did some repubs vote no because they do actually love their country and know the "bailout" is nothing but a total scam?

Dennis is correct. George Sorros is correct. Peter DeFazio is correct. John Conyers is correct. Michael Moore is correct. The 210 economists and Nobel winners who wrote Congress to say hell no are correct.

And the repubs who voted no, whatever their varied reasons are for doing so, are (maybe for the first time ever) correct.

13. The problem is you don't know who all are your enemies as they just
don't wave a different flag or wear a different uniform or something. you don't know what they hold in their minds or hearts until they reveal it to you.

14. K & R Kucinich is THE MAN! He speaks for WE THE PEOPLE.
I'll have to send him some more money from my next paycheck for this one! He has earned his keep as far as I am concerned. He is one of a very few congress critters who truly earn their keep.
Support Dennis. Keep him in Congress. Give to his campaign at http://www.kucinich.us
He has a quite sane plan for a bailout for our economy. Infrastructure, and alternative energy production are a start for a New New Deal. Similar to the New Deal that the repiglicans have been tearing down since at least 1980.

19. Great video! Thanks! K&R. Dennis is always the voice of the people.
He also appeared on Rachel Maddow's show tonight and was articulate, as usual, in explaining this bill and why he voted against it. Great to see him in prime time again!:patriot:

Senator Obama ought to be working with Dennis and others to provide an alternative to bailing out the folks that caused this mess. There are some good ideas out there that don't screw the taxpayers. Giving taxpayer dollars to the people that made this mess should not be an option. If they do the bailout as is the same crowd will steal most of it and be back for more. Mark my words.

BTW I wish Dennis was a candidate now, damned if I wouldn't vote for him. The man's got guts and carries through with his convictions with action.
