Sub-prime mortgage interest rates will jump up in the next two years. Enforcement of these contracts will only exacerbate the condition of these mortgage backed papers by causing more defaults.

The economic royalty does not want to renegotiate these mortgages. By grasping for more they will only get less, unless bailed out. Their greed at this time will only increase their losses, unless they are bailed out.

The greed that brought them to this condition will continue to worsen their condition. The American Goose(lower to middle class)that lays golden eggs for the economic royalty can be strangled without producing more golden eggs. When the goose is cooked, no more eggs.
