Democratic National Chairman Howard Dean spoke in Charlotte, NC 07-25-08. He was introduced by Charlotte Mayor Pro Tem Susan Burgess and was also met by US District 9 Congressional Candidate Harry Taylor. This is his entire speech broken down into two parts. This is Part I of the video.

1. At the 30-second mark
somebody mistakenly started running the tape with fake crowd noise chanting "Yes We Can". Nice touch.

3. Not really.
It wasn't a mistake. It was simply some of the chants lifted from another part of the video so that portion wouldn't be silent. Nice pick up.
