1. Bennett appears to have come on air well fortified with 24 oz porterhouse steak rare
Edited on Wed Aug-13-08 11:10 PM by whistle
...topped with three fried eggs sunny-side up, three heaping scoops of mashed potatoes with dark brown gravy, a side salad with lite dressing, banana cream pie and a pitcher or ale. This guy must be hitting 385lbs now, and his jacket breast pocket looks like it is concealing two Twinkies and a moon pie for after the show. WHAT A SLOB Bill Bennett has become!

Bush has been in office seven years and seven months, I think it's time he started taking responsibility for what happens under his watch

You're right about him, you can hear the indigestion in his voice, I get indigestion just listening to him.

7. very descriptive.
Did you notice the body language? Bennett spread himself all over the table leaving little space for Carville. But Carville did not move out of the way, in fact he jammed himself into Bennett - but could not move him.

4. Democracy?
How about we support the democracy of South Ossetia, which has voted for autonomy? How about we support the civilians that were being shelled by Georgian troops? How about we thank Russia for stepping in to protect these people from aggression?

I don't care if Georgia is a democracy, pro-western, pro-NATO or whatever, if it's going to start crap like this, it can clean up its own mess. Thank goodness it hadn't achieved membership in NATO, or we'd probably be at war right now.

The Soviet Union is dead, it's time to stop thinking of Russia as the 'bad guy' all the time.

10. Georgia isn't a democracy; their leader is a dictator
He arrests his political opponents, and suppresses criticism in the news media, which is largely controlled by his government now. Only in bizarro world is Georgia considered a democracy.

But I guess its standard for the US to claim its enemies are dictatorships, and its friends are democracies, whether they are in reality or not.

6. You can't say it any clearer than Carville did in this interview.
He must have said it 8-10 times. bennett is a fat pig, and a neocon/fascist chickenhawk. Again...send our troops to fight against the Russians...so long as I don't have to go ....or my loved ones don't have to go.

What a fat ass pig!

9. Bennet says "Blaming Bush is silly." REALLY?
That's their freaking mantra. Don't blame us! All we've done for 7.5 years is fuck-up, lie our asses off, ruin the economy, drive up the deficit, break every law we can find, hide, and piss all over the Constitution. But don't you dare suggest that events around the world involving our allies could possibly be linked to poor foreign policy or incompetence.

Fucking ridiculous. The chimp-in-chief did the flag-knee dance while 500 armored vehicles and 20,000 troops rolled into Georgia.
