66. When they said that he was 'just quoting Obama ads', he should have bet their careers...
he should have told them that if he couldn't prove that McCain voted over 90% in sync with the BA, that he'd stay off the air for a year... and made them agree to the same deal by legal contract.

I'm just so fucking sick of these God Damned liars!

There are ways to shut them up permanently (legally), but no one has the fucking balls.

Someone give me a show, and I swear I'll make people think twice about spreading wanton bullshit to Americans.

By anyone's God, I so swear.

52. I like the Obama clip in which McCain himself says he voted with Bush all the time.
FINALLY, the Democrats are learning to use the right ads!

The only thing they have to do to win, is air this ad AND the photo where McCain gives Bush a hug.

And, along with an ad featuring "the hug", let's not forget Bush and McSame cutting birthday cake together in the aftermath of Katrina.

WTF does "big tabacco" have to do with all the shit that has gone on in the last 8 years?!?

What Jack said is so true: if there are enough fucking idiots in this country to vote/electioneer McCain into the Whitehouse, we deserve what we have coming to us...

For those of you who are more adept at these things, I think that an adstarting with that statement and then showing clips of the disasters of the last 8 years (Abhu Gahraib, Katrina, etc., etc,) with the echoing in the background: the wretched stain of 8 years of George Bush.

This piece is like a template for every other discussion in the media ...

33. What a stupid analogy by Gerson
to say that neither has Obama done anything to buck the liberal "establishment" over the years. It wasn't the Democratic leadership who has broken our armed forces, broken our economy, broken the Justice Department, destroyed the middle class, destroyed the environment, destroyed parts of the Constitution, and of course made the world less safe with all its "terra" tactics. It has nothing to do with being a "maverick" for the sake of being a maverick, but rather distancing himself from a disastrous administration which he instead embraced.

I wish Cafferty would have singled out rightwing flak Gerson for that one especially. McSame flip-flopped on that one in a matter of days. He did a 180-degree turn on waterboarding just as soon as McBush and McCheney decided they would fight Congress over it.

John McCain is a nasty, mean, unprincipled old shit, and I hope Obama goes for his jugular. I want McCain to lose all the unearned respect that he's managed to wrangle from the American public by way of the lapdog media.

51. 'Stain on the presidency'
Have to admit ol' Jack has a way with words. Les Brown said 'people prefer a known hell to an unknown heaven'. I don't know if an Obama administration will be heaven, but all sapient beings know a McCain administration will be a continuation of the hell we have now. Unfortunately, I don't think Obama will pull it off. The American sheeple are so damn stupid! How can any woman watch that video of McCain offering his wife up for Miss Buffalo Chip and not be nauseated. The whore media thought it was cute, as did the low information voter, ie white working class. This country is being held hostage by these people. Intelligence and higher education is sneered at, xenophobia is cheered, and logic is feared. God help the United States.

In fact the challenge would be to find an issue McCain hasn't flip-flopped on. Now he claims the surge miraculously did everything and he was for it before it was even announced. All the while refusing to discuss the alternatives that could have bee put in place that would have saved over 2000 US soldiers lives and accomplish as much as the "splurge" did.
