4. Reminds me of one of my college roommates.

She was a missionary kid who'd been homeschooled by her parents from the age of 4 on up to college. Sure, she knew Plato and Aristotle, but her science and math skills were basically nonexistant. That didn't stop her from trashing the American public education system, though, and making fun of anyone who didn't know what she knew. Being a secondary ed English major, I tried to keep my mouth shut, but one night, I finally blew up at her. Here she was, a Communications major with terrible math and science skills and nowhere near a 4.0, looking down on everyone else in her classes because they hadn't read "The Republic" and didn't know Japanese, and I just couldn't take it anymore.
