Witnesses will include David Addington, Chief of Staff to the Vice President; John Yoo, the former Justice Department lawyer who wrote a now-repudiated memo allowing the harsh interrogations; and Christopher Schroeder, Charles S. All of the executive power is vested in the President? These people literaly believe that Bush is some sort of royalty. But isn't it an executive branch? These people lost sight of the constitution years before they ascended to power. And that poor pathetic John Yoo. He was duped by Cheney, Addington and Gonzalez and he gets rewarded for being a half-wit with a plum assignment at Berkeley.
