We should all know at this point and remember that the "fair and balanced" network is a de facto agent of the republican party. They say Obama wants to declriminalize marijuana and then they show us a clip where Obama states unequivocally that he is against legalizing marijuana. Here Fox is, as typical, appealing to people who don't think. What is the easiest way to turn people who don't think? Tell them something that will frighten them or inflame their passions. Fox operates under the principle that there is nothing wrong with lying to people. Fox operates on the rule that any cost of lying to the public is irrelevant. If Fox can get a few thousand people who lack the capacity to think to rally around a lie Fox publishes for short term gain, Fox is quite pleased. It's known as absence of conscience and it is very prevalent today. Obama brings something different than that.

clear courts of victimless crimes.
stop wasting money (lives are more imp, but this is republi-speak) on trials and incarceration.
free up police to focus on actual crime.
stop wasting money on DEA crap vis a vis CA med. mj - Obama said he wouldn't pursue states over med mj issue.
