'Government Think-Tanks and the "Project For The New American Century"

William Kristol - Head of PNAC says;
"We argued -- I supposed you might say elements *laughs* of the Bush Doctrine, before it existed. Or before George W Bush was even President."

" We knew that this war was about to happen, that was not a question. It was just a matter of getting this country to get behind it and support our effort."'

1. Him and Wolfowitz: The head war criminals.
that little scumbag is the head of the neocon movement which was started by wolfowitz and his dad. These guys have been planning it for ages. There was a history prof. on today about the Ford Administration and I've read about it - they began this back then. Wolfowitz, cheney and rummy and it was called plan b. That was the beginning. Only substitute soviet Union for iraq.

2. Think tanks, if used effectively, can add a significant amount of value to government processes.
While this case is not a representative example there is value to having these organizations, even ones that work closely with governments.

such entities, so able to shape policy with otherwise valid numbers and opinions as they are intended; and not just from within a utopian concept but as a practical matter i.e. C.H.I.S. - http://www.chis.ucla.edu or P.H.I. - http://www.phi.org ; then become literally infected with radical, or corrosive thoughts then imo such entities no longer compile & distribute for the people, but against them; us; we the people, they then work counter imfo to the formation of a more perfect union...such as it is
