Derrick is back with a great commentary and rallying call on race in America.

By the way, a relative told me that Barack Obama’s speech was played in full on the gospel radio station this morning. That is so great for the future of our democracy! Since when do Americans really listen when our politicians give a speech? I’m glad more and more people are getting the opportunity to hear it.

It reminded me that I think his generation gives us all hope for the future. My grandson is about his age and I'm impressed with him too for getting involved in politics and issues.
