1. Its a nice thought.... but

As long as someone is insisting that they alone have the truth there is going to be problems. If you do not allow for other people to have their sense of truth then there will be conflict. Tolerance is about allowing room for others to believe as they will. And there are those out there that do not believe in Jesus, Muhammad, or Moses but do believe in Peace.

3. How 'bout what we say in Universal Worship?

we light candles for many different religions, and then a final one, and say, "...we kindle the light, symbolically representing all those, whether known or unknown to the world, who have held aloft the Light of Truth amidst the darkness of human ignorance."

The UU church in Dallas used to host lectures given by the late head of my order, Pir Vilayat. UU and Unity churches are places a lot of Sufis hang out.
