That's not a funny joke for a potential OR current world leader to be making. That creepy laugh of his makes my skin crawl!

It's the laugh of a kid who just got caught, by his mom and dad, stealing cookies--or blowing up frogs, or transporting cocaine, or going AWOL. What's so creepy about it is the stunning level of immaturity and irresponsibility it reveals.
