Never mind this year's primary. They are not well organized at all. The Florida GOP is organized in every county at the precinct level. The Florida Democrats have a spottier organization in the state. Some counties are well organized; in others there is little Democratic establishment. Democrats need to be organized everywhere, down to the precinct level, even in those states, counties, and neighborhoods where Democrats will be in the minority.
