OSHA Reports on Top 10 Safety Violations for 2009 (mine is not to be found)

http://oshaunderground.blogspot.com/2009/11/osha-reports-on-top-10-safety.html

I was injured in a fall on about December 15th of 09. My shoulder injury in not included in this list. Working in municipal government, we are not protected by OSHA. The state office that oversees us is a joke. It is no joke when your hurt!
