Parent to Child
Isn't that the crux of the biscuit?

Management = Parent
Labor = Child

All the talking down to, the arrogance, the top down blame, all of it comes from Management's assuming of the role of Parent while we in Labor succumb to the "child" role.
Not everywhere, not all workplaces but I'd wager most.

Time to quit playing.
A new day is coming.
Break the cycle.
Liberation.
