http://www.laborradio.org/node/11710

The largest independent refiner of oil in the United States is being slapped with a class action lawsuit. Valero Energy Corporation has been accused of underpaying employees at the company?s convenience stores. According to the lawsuit filed on Monday three hourly workers allege they were not paid for overtime or on-call time. The suit also says the women were not allowed to take meal or breaks that are required by labor law.
