Supreme Court, says she understands the "real-world
consequences" of her decisions. AFL-CIO President John Sweeney
says Sotomayor "has consistently interpreted our labor laws in
the manner in which they were intended."

1. Was talking with Havocdad. We decided she has 3 strikes against her in GOP eyes:

1) She is a she
2) She is Latina
3) She is not from the fancy schamcy side of the class divide

And of those three, the REAL reason they don't want her is #3. Of course, they will use 1 & 2 to mobilize the winger zombies.
