Tatooing is illegal in Oklahoma??
I heard this is up in the State legislature for legalization. Some guy was arrested for just talking about tattooing a few years ago. Oh man, welcome to th 21st century.

2. I believe it's in Leviticus - one of the funniest books in the bible.
It also states that those with damage to their testicles can't get into heaven.

7. And that's one small note lost somewhere in the bible.
If you read Leviticus, there are about a dozen passages relating to how to clean mold from your leather goods. Makes you wonder why Falwell doesn't focus more on the proper approach to tanning your hides.

3. I don't have one, myself
But I've always loved them.

Some people think of it as mutilation... perspective is everything.

I guess in Oklahoma they've decided to take away the right to adorn one's body with the traditional artwork called tattoos... hmmmm... Next thing you know they will pass a law saying that everyone must be a virgin until they are married.

Human rights are funny, huh?

SC (unless you have an MD or RN do it for certifiable cosmetic reasons)...every year they try to pass a law changing it so it may have been changed by now...

11. It was legal in Oklahoma until the 60's
Oklahoma, along with most states, made them illegal after an outbreak of hepatitis. Oklahoma hasn't caught up with all the other states who have since rescinded those laws.
