Living in McSameness
Living in McSameness
or a few random Monday thoughts....

McFood, McNews, McChurch, McPols…non-nutritious, generic,
non-truthtelling, low-risk taking, don’t rock the boat, don’t ask,
we won’t tell, go along to get along, one size fits all, living in an Ant Farm,
busily working while being watched. Graded, degraded, polled,
assigned, boxed and labeled.

but what saves us is our unique mass of DNA and experiences…our own
Walden Ponds, unmixed thought as prayer, creative endeavors, ramblings,
hopes, rantings, turning to what is real, separating the wheat from the chaff.

Constantly question your McLife and those who profit from it.

2. How about constantly refuse to participate in it?
I live in the McHood though, so I don't have to worry about that.

3. You forgot a few descriptions
McFood, McNews, McChurch, McPols, ad nauseum, is emminently unhealthy and sometimes outright poisonous.

5. Reminds me of the "Villaminiums"
built a few years back just north of the Bloomington, IL airport. Just like condominiums, but Gi-frickin'-hugic! And ugly to boot.

6. the hudson valley has all of these historical mansions
Vanderbilt, Rockafeller... homesteads that are hundreds of years old. Then some yokel puts up at 13 room mcMansion around the corner , complete with walmart everything! McCheesy.
