2000s nostalgia
In 20 years from now, is there anything about this decade that people will look back on with any fondness?

So far, I can't think of one good thing this decade has produced. It's been horrible and a terrible way to start the 21st century and the new millenium.

I remember how excited people were for the 2000s to come. They were so hopeful. Instead, it's all gone to hell and it's beyond depressing.

2. on the other hand that might be a good thing

"see how good we have it now?" "remember 2006, when the world was overpopulated and humans polluting it with zillions of cars?"
