Anybody watching the Senate?
Domenici is pissed because Reid is holding up Republican amendments?

Waaaaaaah. I'd be more sympathetic to him if this wasn't the most abusive majority in Senate history. It's time for the GOP to have a taste of their own medicine.

3. Yes, and I'm loving it.
When Specter said this was unprecedented, I could believe he wasn't struck down by lightning! What a farce those repukes are.

Harry Reid needs to reiterate that they aren't blocking anything for the hell of it. They are blocking it for what they feel are good reasons which seems to be fine for the Repukes and not us. Amazing how the repukes are spinning it all.

Oh the outrage, the angst! Never in all his years has he witnesses such a debacle! :eyes:

6. I was watching it too
I thought Domenici's head was going to spin completely around. Jeepers, what a spittle flingin' codger he is!

I wish Reid would just say what all of us are thinking though. I wish he would just come back with examples of when they've done the same damn thing.

8. Haha, the Dems just filed a cloture petition on the Specter substitute!
Reid is blocking Republican amendments and trying to break a filibuster. It looks like he's practicing for when it's his turn to be the majority leader.

9. I hope he saves the substitute bill
Lives are at stake here. Without reform they'll still keep trying to cross the desert.
