3. Our blossoms started out in February
but now harldy any trees have them, and if they do they are the puniest I've seen here. We now have the rainiest March on record in Northern Cal. Big time bummer. The water actually just sits on the ground. No where to go...just sits, and sits. Even on the streets where you usually see it gushing along the gutter. No way...just sits there. No where to go, no where to hide.

4. I lived in DC
(actually Alexandria, then Arlington) for about 12 years and loved it. I'd go and see the cherry blossoms every spring, all the flowers on the Mall. I spent lots of time visiting the museums and monuments. I still miss it.
