Does anyone know anything about the Dana corp bankruptcy?

I get a fair amount of my income, and my health insurance from Danas retirment fund



This month I recieved a letter informing me of the bankruptcy instead of my check

(as if I didn't already know)

1. Hubby and I have been following it a bit-played a slam on the
stock right after bankruptcy was announced. All the info on the company is listed on Yahoo finance. Here is the link:

I think they will be able to re-emerge as a viable company but I do not know what the long-term implications will be. The price qoute is not accurate. The new symbol is DCNAQ and the link for that is below, but I think the news is the same on both pages.

4. It depends. If there is a collective bargaining agreement...
...the PBGC SOMETIMES recovers their portion. Each case is so complex and different, so its hard to say what will happen. From what I am reading, it looks good so far, that they will restructure. Chapter 11's usually restructure and the investors SOMETIMES recover their loss or investments.
