Bushit Headline at WaPo: Card's Departure Signals Bush Is Heeding Critics
What a fucking reach that is.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/03/28/AR2006032801806.html

Maybe this is what those private chats with the press corps were about..."Andy Card is leaving, so please spin it like we give a shit what other people think."

1. Washington Post sucks. War cheerleader; incompetent management
Another outrageous headline. Bush never has, nor will he ever, "heed his critics."

2. the only thing Card's departure signals is
his fear of being indicted.

or his severe fatigue in trying to take care of this moron.

or his desire to spin more time with his family.

3. ROFLMAO. Yeh because Card wasn't actually the LEAST objectionable
of the senior staff. I think Hadley or Rove resigning might have shown something. But Card? Heck I doubt most non-wonks would even know his name.

4. I canceled my subscription on Monday
and wrote them a nasty letter (re: Howell, Woodward, Alito, Abramoff, Domenech, etc.).

Totally justifies my decision.
