So I'm in the San Francisco City Hall for the Al Franken show this morning. During a break I chat with the two women sitting next to me. All of us getting long of tooth. One woman says "I don't remember where I read..." And I said "I read it on DU." She replies "Me too!" Maybe I shouldn't be surprised given that we were at an Air America Radio event, but it did tickle us. DailyKos may be the most popular political blog, but you meet so many nice folks on DU. Thanks all.

4. I have a DU sticker up in my office...

During a face-to-face mtg w/ some folks from another site, one of the out of town folks saw the sticker, and introduced themselves as a DU member. That was kind of unexpectedly cool. Hey treefrogjohn, if you're out there. :hi:
