"Engage My Brain Before My Mouth"
"And I'm kind of old-fashioned. I like to engage my brain before my mouth.'' (Denfense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, when speaking about the Pentagon's practice of paying news organizations to print positive stories about the military, secretly written by our armed forces."

Okay, Rummy, I have one question for you here. Were you engaging your brain before your mouth (or were you simply talking out of your rear), when you said "we know" where the weapons of mass destruction are.

"We know where they (weapons of mass destruction) are. They're in the area around Tikrit and Baghdad and east, west, south and north somewhat."

- Rummy speaking on March 30, 2003 during an interview on ABC's This Week.
