time. He was found plotting to blow up a damn to create a flood. It turns out the lunatic had been rounding up species of all sorts for years. He had them all packed into the boat, which now smells of feces and urine. Found amongst the animals were two folks lost in Extraordinary Rendition. The CIA had thought they escaped. Apparently Ashcroft grabbed them because, and I quote, "Well, As I see it I needed two terrorists to include in my floating miracle."
