Is Bush "miked" - wearing an ear piece in recent speeches?
Observing his mannerism's , the acquired knowledge to answer unscirpted questions (a first) and his facial expressions seem to indicate he is being coached and merely parroting the feed from an outside source.

We all remember the photo of the receiver he was wearing during the Kerry debates, the first night he was his normal dumbo self and coincidently the remaining debates he seemed to found some gifted knowledge?!!

Just observe his facial expressions-eyes-mannerism's in future "surprise" speeches.

2. Probably is...
Then again, to get the mic/speaker closer to his head/ear, they had to develop a sealed "suppository" format. Of course, with this new hardware, it's easily concealed (the receiver can be placed anywhere--even in the middle of his back). It probably cost millions of dollars in development costs (no doubt easily covered as part of the invisible/black ops budget of one of the intel agencies); but what can you do when your commander in chief has a bad case of cranio-colon insertion.

4. It's a suppository !
And not in the ear.

Explains:

- where the answers come from
- the facial expressions

13. Bingo!
It's how he "prepares" for his public appearances... with microphone/headsets by "Preparation-H" ("Preparation-H"eadphone). Naturally, the device would require proximity to the individual's head...

3. Do you really have to ask the question?
You saw the box in his back in the debates! The guy can't read "the pet goat" without a teleprompter. Four cylible words are a major hurdle. You think this guy isn't miked? Get real!

6. The ear piece is smaller then an eraser head and inserted deep in the
well of the ear, so it's not like we're looking for a musicians headset...
After the debates, whoever dreamed this up decided, why didn't we think of this sooner?!!

The cordless invisible earpiece is a useful device when monitoring a conversation from a receiver discreetly. The tiny earpiece fits snugly into the users ear and the induction loop is worn inconspicuously under the clothing and simply connects to the receiver being used.

The user can then hear everything that the receiver picks up from a transmitter with absolute discretion.

12. And I'll bet his ear-hair helps mask it.
He got by with it during the debates and the media and public barely batted an eye, so I believe it's now standard practice.

7. H'es been miked at least since the *2000* "debates". Several of us on
another board noticed the way he cocked his head as if listening and had long pauses before answering way back then - it sure seemed like he was being fed answers through an earpiece.

the tail-end of today's press conference repeated on c-span. I can only take the idiot in very small doses, but I specifically watched looking to see if he was miked. Sure enough..."Uh, um, uh....blurts out a couple of lines someone is feeding him.....throws in his own "It's hard work...um" before blurting out next fed line - speaking very fast...desperate to keep up with voice in head. Doesn't quite catch an important word and says something nonsensical. Then tries to correct self. Cocks head. More "um, uh.".while listening to next line....and so on.

How those "reporters" (and I use the term very loosely), can sit there and watch that pathetic excuse for a ventriloquist's dummy without asking the most obvious question: "Sir, how did a complete moron such as yourself end up in the WH?" is beyond me.

10. If they could
then it would be better to jam it or maybe give him a few megawatts of heavy metal in place of the original transmission.
