Does Bush understand what the word "linked" means.
No one ever said that he said Saddam was behind 9/11. We are saying that he "linked" Saddam to 9/11 and Alqaeda. This means that he inferred that Saddam was behind or had ties to 9/11 and a separation of seven words and four words in the same sentence is pretty much a "link."
