I thought it was funny, but on 2nd look
decided it was indeed right-wing. Still
I can see the humor in it. But don't want
to offend anyone. So, I deleted it.

2. Well, It's Certainly Different.
Minnesotans will understand what that means.

5. It's right-wing in orientation, you know.

What this viral ad is saying to me is that the right is split near evenly between pushing a Hillary candidacy for president and being scared to death of her running.

The right's pushing the candidacy because she's (to them) the Devil they know and think that they know how to swiftboat.

Afraid because if Hillary could pull the majority of the vote and the Electorial College, she'd inherit the Imperial Presidency the right created for their abuses, and if nothing else...the right are "projection paranoid"...and think anyone would be as corrupt as they with such powers, and wield a "wrath of the Lord" sword mightly down on them in an unethical and punishing manner. One where they have no say in the "profit taking of America."

The right also fear Hillary would use their wildly expanded Executive powers to push through issues they are insane about: Choice / Nat'l Health Care / Unions / Balanced Budget...negating 8 years of retro-right regress.

I think she'd absolutely push for the above reforms. But do so by seeking consensus.

I really like Hillary on a basic level. I think she needs to wait to the next cycle so that she can mature enough to not sell-out her support (Yes on Iraq War, Yes on no flag burning) for what she'll finds amounts to nothing.

Yes, getting your bills passed in Washington means back-room deals with the least offensive legislation. The flag burning bill probably looked "Mom and Apple-Pie" easy to Hillary, so she went that right-wing route to try and buy capital for her bills.

I don't think she's got the hang of congressional brokering yet. And, yes...if you're in congress and wish to attain more power, you've got to make deals. That's not the best morality, it's just how it is.

I'm giving Hillary the benefit of the doubt. But want her to learn the ropes about negotiating for power rationally and morally, and stop being scattershot, before a presidential run.

7. Sorry, didn't do a thing for me
Seemed pretty much like those Kerry-Bush videos before the last election. (Flim flam? WigWag? somethinglike that)

8. Clearly done by someone who's not too fond of Democrats
There's plenty to mock about Democrats, but this one seemed to be a bit to reliant on the standard anti-Dem Freeper iconography--Clinton's cigar, John "Breck Girl" Edwards unnatural hugging of John Kerry, and Michael Moore's appearance as the party's clown/mascot.

And of course, the centerpiece, the ever-ambitious Hillary.
