Real Time with Bill Maher - That crazy congressbitch from Florida
She is the epitomy of what political discourse with Bushbots has become. They scream and shout down any other person who may dare offer a differing opinion than their own narrow fanatical worldview. These people are insane, as can be determined by her sickening evil perma-smile.

These people are amazing. Everytime I think Ive seen the worst of these people, Im shocked by someone like this nutjob. These apologists are truly sickening. This woman didnt have one opinion of her own, she just played devils advocate to every opinion someone had. She was an embarassment to all of humanity.

Belzer was right to snap at her. The fact that bill maher didnt tell her to shut up and listen for a second really bothered me as well.

3. Maher invited her and welcomes and encourages different
points of view. It's not his fault she's such a *-bot. She surprised me with her vehemence in the face of what's really happening and the opinions of the public.
Beltzer rocked!

15. Belzer always rocks!
He's a free thinker, intelligent and articulate. He's also not afraid of anyone, and has spoken up many times when Bill hasn't--such as when Maher trots out Ann Coulter. :eyes:

I've always had a crush on Belzer. Glad I'm not the only one... We should start his fan club.;)lol.

4. She is an evil bush-bot...
I've never seen her before. What a scumbag!

She repeated the bullshit RW talking point that just as many dems took money from Abramhof as repukes did. That is an outright lie, and she knows it.

8. how could you miss her?
she was a network staple during the elian gonzales fracas. Everywhere she showed up, she was villifying the clinton administration, especially janet reno. I absolutely despise this woman. I have to say, it's a good thing Belzer was on the panel, because she is Ann Coulter, with an accent. Her usual m.o. is to shout down & talk over the opposition so that they never get to make their point. Absolutely despise her! :puke:

17. She reminds me of Joe Scarborough--
he does that very thing when on Maher. He shouts down anyone that dare disagree with his opinion, and ends up looking like an obnoxious loudmouth, blowhard.

I'm surprised they didn't bring in a couch so she could jump up and down while spewing the usual Repuke lying points...

after last week's controversy with Isaac Hayes, and hers was the only politician I noted on that list.

6. I had to mute the TV
I can't stomach that over bearing radical rightwingnut. Why is it that most repukes take over every show they are on? They are the ones who are always screaming about the troops "fighting for our freedoms" but when it comes to free speech they try to block it at every turn. They always over shout everyone else and damn anyone else who wants to give their own opinion. It's always their way or the highway. God,why can't talk show hosts just for once tell them to STFU!!!!! :grr:

to be there. As if we didn't know that.

I find that one particularly sickening.

7. The Rs have thousands of these idiots waiting in the wings.
Here was a bushbot I had never heard of, but she got out there and hit the RW talking points
like she was Tom Delay. Amazing.

And I wish that Belzer hadn't apologized. there was no reason to do so and he basically
ceded the next 20 minutes to the bushbot.

11. Belzer Was Getting To Her Good
Too bad Mahrer wouldn't let Richard loose...the guy would have torn her up and left little for the vultures to pick from.

She tried to claim her "son-in-law" (notice it's never a direct blood relative) was in Iraq (didn't mention where...probably a cushy job in the Green Zone cause he's a VIP's kid) and this somehow made her an expert on all things Iraq. Anyone who dared to disagree was obviously not only dissing her son-in-law, but this country as well. Typical and a gimmick that works great in the Churches and on hate radio, but looked pathetic when displayed in it's banal, bankrupt nature.

She thinks she's "cool" to come on a show like this and "show us"...to play a victim as the evil lefties pounce all over her. This lady deserved all she got tonight and tons more. Hopefully the voters in South Florida will wake up and toss this piece of trash out.

14. I just tuned in for the west coast airing...
I'm SO glad to see this thread. I was about to start one about that loudmouthed, horrible woman. :eyes: She is really annoying. I'm only ten minutes into the panel discussion and don't know if I'm going to make it.

The fact that she doesn't seem to have any independent thoughts, and shouts people down much like Scarborough did when he was on the show...

I don't know if I'm going to make it.

19. I like the way she started it all off with
"Sure, say bad things about the war and make everyone CHEER.."

To which Belzer said, "That's because the majority of Americans think this war shouldn't be happening.." paraphraseing here.

I wanted someone to say, "Why YOU'RE just a Big Ball of Talking Points, aren't you?"

Perma-Smile, LOL

26. LOL yes she did
She's as loony as a shithouse rat. I'm not surprised she's from Florida, since she went berzerk when Belzer criticized the Cuban embargo. Belzer really put her in her place. Good for him. And Michael Stipe was great, too!

"Read some newspapers," he said.

"I went there," she said.

"Yeah, so?"

Love that guy - he used to do a kickass standup comedy routine of Mick Jagger having a heart attack.

29. Maher might have been giving her enough rope to hang herself
I always think the best thing to do with REALLY rabid RWs is give then unlimited ranting time, it alienates the viewers far more than slapping them down and shouting for them to SHUT UP! like O'Rielly.

They are so creepy and unsettling that they make themselves so unelectable that the only way they can win office is ballot box stuffing.
