Does the Ancient Order of Hibernians pay for cop overtime

for NY's St. Patrick Day's parade? If no, how can they ban the gay irishmen & women from marching? I know that a court said a private organization could ban them, but I don't know if they pony up for the disruption that the parade causes in town.

I don't want KKK members marching in a Gay rights parade. I could be wrong on this, but that is my take on it. Yeah, it sucks, but parade organizers should be able to pick who is going to march in their parade.
