All the US is a stage and the * cabal merely the players.
I sometimes get very frustrated with other people who occupy space in our country. Some belong to other parties but some belong to our party. Even if I do not agree with what is said on DU, I still pretty much understand where you all are coming from. I honestly do not have a beef with you.

The people I have a problem with are mostly outside of the internet. Perhaps they listen to too much Rush. Maybe they believe what Faux News tells them. I do not agree with them but I know why they believe what they believe. That does not excuse them but it at least explains how they believe what they do - they have not been exposed to the truth.

No, the people I have a problem understanding are those who are like my husband. He has gone from being incredulous, every time I bring something up, to espousing that it is sad that he will believe almost anything that I read to him on the internet and that the * cabal is just that bad.

So where then is the problem? For some reason there are certain things, it seems, I will never convince him of. I have shown him all the best information about the elections but he refuses to acknowledge they were stolen. I tell him how bad jobs are and how sad I get about all the unemployed or those not doing well here. There seems to be a disconnect since he has his job and is making more than a couple of years ago. I tell my husband that there are people leaving the country because of the * cabal and even when I read him threads he still says there are not that many and things are not THAT bad.

I bring up the KBR camps and tell him that at least people should be wondering why they are spending so much on these when we are in the biggest deficit ever but that we should be checking into what they are for. He sits there and shrugs it off as if that kind of thing could never happen.

I talk about the oil bourse and how we could be in big trouble. I have brought up (many times) possibly looking into moving. He sighs asking what we would do about the house and we could never just abandon it. I tell him the Jews in Germany had to abandon their houses. He just tells me things are not bad.

I think part of the problem is that half the country is asleep because they do not see the FUTURE implications of what is happening today. If they have a job then the economy can not be THAT bad. If they have the freedom to come and go to work then our freedoms can not be THAT restricted. We may be threatened by terrorists? Well it can;t be all that bad to imprison them and torture them.

The * cabal has put on a play for the American people and I think we are a part of a select few with seats that allow us to see what is behind the curtains. Until something directly effects the public, I am not sure they will see the implications. I am not sure they will do anything about it. This really saddens me.
