2. Why stop with just one?
If you're going to spy on people you should be an equal opportunity spyer.

3. Democrats should follow the constitution and the law. Otherwise...
there's no point in "winning" anything.

The whole reason to be outraged at the Bush administration over this is the blantant disregard for the constitution and for the law of the land. It is ridiculous then, to want to turn around and do the same thing. There's no point in winning if you have to become just like the evil people to do it. You don't "win" anything.

Seriously, we need solid answers about what those people are doing in their bedrooms and to whom.

PNAC, Dobson, and all that...don't we already know everything about them that we want to know? The best thing to do to them is to simply get their membership lists and post them online at www.IsMyNeighborARadicalRepublicanWacko.org. Endless hours of fun for adults and children alike.

7. Definately Pat Robertson because he has made open threats against the US
Government and is now saying nasty things about Israel. He controls an extensive terrorist network of religious fanatics who are heavily funded, and makes thousands of international telephone calls and "business trips."

8. I chose "nobody", but not "let's keep being nice and losing elections".
Just like Bush or the NSA or whoever, if we REALLY have a reason to spy on someone, we should have NO problems getting a warrant. We are no more above the law than they are. I for one will never stoop to their level.

10. I'd vote "other" (if it was available)
If Clinton could have prevented the OKC bombing with warrantless wiretaps on right wing nut job Tim McVeigh, I seriously wonder how many Repukes would have supported that move...

12. If we have a democratic president, we are not losing elections.
So I voted nobody, because no president should be suspending the constitution and violating the american people's rights.
