A fair and balanced list of web news sites from an alleged Democrat

So, I'm on an list for Ray's Software newsletter, and in today's newsletter, which apparently aims toward those not so adept at computing, Ray allowed that he doesn't watch television news, preferring the web instead. He listed some sites (below), saying, "Yet another advantage of news on the internet is that you are not stuck with the bias of the major networks. There are many alternatives, such as."

Of course I wrote him back asking to be removed from the list, telling him that his list was biased toward the right. He replied:

Sounds like you are even more biased. I was just trying to show BOTH sides. I didn't promote one over the other, just putting the links out there. And, by the way, I actually did not list the most biased ones in an effort to be fair. Emails like yours make me ashamed to be a Democrat.

The list gives alternatives to the mainline news media which is tilted to the left, so, yes, there are sites in the list that are tilted to the right. There are also websites that have nothing to do with politics but report on news that is not in the mainline news media.
I do not know Ann Coulter. I have never listened to her and do not know who she is. I had just looked at her website.

I wrote back with the standard myth of Liberal media stuff. I told him that I thought that his putting out the list without indicating the bias was as dishonest as anything any media outlet does.
