Tweety: "Picking the Next President"
MSNBC commercials: "All the biggest Republicans together on one big night -- Picking the Next President, a Hardball special."

WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE??

Hmmm ... nothing but Pukes, and the program is called Picking the Next President??? Sounds to me like the network "knows" it's a foregone conclusion ... the Dems are irrelevant apparently.

I will never watch Tweety again.

3. Saying you're not going to watch Tweety, is like picking a festering wound
which is topped with a craggy scab. Sooner or later you'll brush up against something and the damn thing bleeds, needing your attention.

6. He doesn't even try to hide it anymore
Total fucking sell-out. He might as well tattoo a big red "W" on his forehead (W for WHORE, not "Dubya").

7. Picking the next candidate.
First of all, I thought there were primaries for that the summer before the election. This is odd that the GOP is getting together this early to select who will be their candidate. If I were a pub, I would be pissed that the party has returned to the "smoke filled back rooms" instead of letting the people make that decision.

Second, I don't like the idea that he is saying President and not Candidate.

Third, Is it Rove or is it Tweety who is obsessed with Hillary. We have not had any primaries, she has not said she is interested in running, and Tweety has her as the Dems' next presidential candidate.

Tweety makes a lot of assumptions, or is he "in" on the fix?

10. Does he have one night with all democrats?
The advertising never mentions it, but maybe it would be helpful to write msnbc and say: I saw Chris Mathews "Picking the next President" night with the republicans, but I can't find the information for the night with the Democrats.

Maybe he does? I doubt it, but I'll ask

17. Look that's just not the way we do things here
This is America. Certain questions--most questions, actually--are considered settled. It's not important that you know the answer, so much as that you refrain from the question.
The role of democracy is to ratify the consensus, to give mass consent to the government, not to ask questions about what government should be doing and why.

Consult your programming guide if you're unclear about what the consensus is.

20. Tweety Wants 2006 To Go Away
Many of his drinkie-drinkie buddies are under attack and Tweety still has some 'splainin' to do about his contacts with Rove/Libby as well as how he got involved with an Abramoff "charity". It's not fun being the PR officer of the Titanic when the first class passengers are calling about the chill in their rooms.

I expect this will turn into one of Tweety's favorite hobbies...Hillary bashing. Surely there will be a question to every turd that flushes across the screen about the "evil Hillary" and that any other Democrat is either a wimp or radical and has no clue/idea/pulse.

Thank goodness for C & L, Media Matters, Huffington Post and other blog sites that can stomache this tripe and surely will cull the juicy tid bits for us to comment on.

Remember, Tweety and Russert are Jack Welch's boys...given their nice cushy jobs and incomes for being "keeping on eye on General Electric's best interests".
