did the CIA cooperate w/ Libby defense?

CIA said it would be 9 months and there may be an executive privilege claim to be made. Is this denial by the CIA designed to aid Libby? This is still the BushCo CIA after all, despite the ploy that it was an intelligence failure that allowed 9-11.

So how wrapped together is the WH, CIA, and Libby?
