The curse of life
Ok Im gonna say what I think here .It might offend everyone but frankly I want to say this if anything to get people to think.

Reality is unpredictable, even if you prepare and do the responsible thing reality can fuck you over anyways.Reality is not kind to most people.
We can get sick,we can get injured,we are born with flaws that impair us,And we cannot guaruntee every conception will result in a perfect child. The body may look fine but the kid is a sociopath,or developmentally disabled,or just can't cope with stress.Whos fault is this? The parents, the child himself? Who?
Why do we blame the victims for thier pain?

Every person in our society has been systematically convinced we have to pay to exist, and if we cannot grow up to become effecient obedient workers we will get shut out of having a way to pay for our existance..by those who have plenty. So the fortunate wish death upon the less fortunate.

Meanwhile everyday sophisticated techiques of persuation are everywhere begging us to buy stuff we don't need..confusing the wants with real needs, and confusing the need for security and connection, love and relaxation with the drug of aquisition to sooth the anxious mind.We are encouraged from the cradle to become addicted to something,ANYTHING as a way to relieve this unresolvable stress of being one of a million lives of quiet desperation moving ever forward to death cocerced and suffering in an untenable situation called "normal life".

We are born and we suffer and die. That is life. Sometimes there are pleasures mixed in..But there is no way out of this equation without death. It's the human condition, the curse of life.

We are either born lucky or we are not.We do not have much of a say in fate really. We can struggle but sometimes the struggle wears us away. We don't control what kind of body we are born in, or our parents income and social status.

Some people play make believe and say they chose thier own life,
but I am not one to blame myself or anyone else for a bad reality I did not create..

We all struggle .Tyring the best we can to"make it" a cog in a system stacked against the majority of humankind that offers only a few born lucky people or people that marry into wealth the kind of pleasure filled lives of ease and attainable rest most of us dare not imagine for ourselves and many try to taste with credit cards getting suckered with predatory lending to live a day at usury rates that border on debt slavery.Yet we assume the wealthy"earned it" and accept paltry paychecks and benifiet cuts because a crappy job pays the bills.

Everything goes away eventually. Everything changes and is impermanent uncertain, unstable, unpredictable. The anesthesia buzz wears off and again we awaken with a hangover to find out how hard it is to be consious of existance as we struggle to exist in it.
So people go crazy and end up not coping. Some seem perfectly normal with a caldron of misery and rage underneath their nice smiles and chit chat.People so easily slip into denial like an oil magnate so easily denies global warming exists.
Some say think positive, pull out those motivational posters, and try to use the power of optimism and "freewill" to keep ourselves going,to keep punching the clock, and saving for a rainy day.Ever forward..

And we do that often despite ourselves ..And so many our dreams ,the bright dreams denied from childhood of being an inventor or traveling to strange places, stay locked in our imaginations unlived because who could afford that on minimum wage, too old to go to medical school. Some can let them go and find others that are smaller, substitutes , others stay in the mind acting as fantasy security blankets safe places to hide our ego away from the pain of what is. Others get bitter because thier dreams go sour and thier lives go fallow and they can't shake the malaise. Others were so traumatized they never had a chance to entertain thier own imaginations without pain or intrusion. We live here until the light goes out..
Life in America for so many people feels like slow death, Suicide rates are high as are addiction and homocide. Why is that?
Domination is cruel, blind, capricious and life can be a curse to live through in times like these.

When you prospective parents get the idea you want to bring a child into a world like this, are you sure the child would want to be here just because you can tolerate it? Would the kid ever know how to find happiness if you can't even find it in yourself first?

Life and it's travails tramples the joy out of existance. How long must this go on,how long shall humanity suffer themselves?
Maybe it is time to let go of the cherished idea of control, the idea we can regulate the reality "out there"with our mighty egotistical wills and we can self rightiously carry the world upon our backs like some tragic atlas bearing the terrible weight of freedom that is not truly free except in dreams..

"We have the post-Copernican dilemma of being a peripheral and insignificant inhabitant of a vast cosmos, and the post-Cartesian dilemma of being a conscious, purposeful, and personal subject confronting an unconscious, purposeless, and impersonal universe, with these compounded by the post-Kantian dilemma of there being no possible means by which the human subject can know the universe in its essence. We are evolved from, embedded in, and defined by a reality that is radically alien to our own, and moreover cannot ever be directly contacted in cognition.

This double bind of modern consciousness has been recognized in one form or another since at least Pascal: "I am terrified by the eternal silence of these infinite spaces." Our psychological and spiritual predispositions are absurdly at variance with the world revealed by our scientific method. We seem to receive two messages from our existential situation: on the one hand, strive, give oneself to the quest for meaning and spiritual fulfillment; but on the other hand, know that the universe, of whose substance we are derived, is entirely indifferent to that quest, soulless in character, and nullifying in its effects. We are at once aroused and crushed. For inexplicably, absurdly, the cosmos is inhuman, yet we are not. The situation is profoundly unintelligible.

Hegel suggested, a civilization cannot become conscious of itself, cannot recognize its own significance, until it is so mature that it is approaching its own death."

And So American civilization falters at the hands of a boy king tyrant, and the constitution is in it's death throes as each right is killed off by committee.. And those of us awake who see death walking close stalking us ..We suffer existential hell ,for the ones of us not mature enough to look death right in the face..and grow up and let the woman be free.

She will be free or we will kill ourselves out of longing for what we could not let be free..

And you aren't the person throwing the dice. However, you still have to strive for what you can achieve that comes your way. That's the way it works.

Your attitude may make you not want to try.

5. Additude?
How can additude make a difference really? Life can wipe the sunny disposition away with a few hard knocks.
Life is what it is and it hurts.
Some days worse than other days.

And There is no sense to make of it.

There is no right way.

it just is.
