Actually, the rug usually goes to the Pretzelduncial Library. Clinton has his, JFK's library has his....they do a recreation of the Oval Orafice down to reproduction desk and knick knacks in the library and slap the rug down there. The library reimburses the government for the fair market value of a used rug.

Of course, if he is impeached, that's a different story... or if he is too cheap to make a library, and decides to share with his 'deddy' he may not bother.
