I have a better idea. Make them have a receiver implanted with electrodes connected to their testicles. The transmitter would be connected to a moisture sensor in the kid's diaper. Whenever the baby needs changing, the anti-choice prick gets his balls zapped. He has no choice when his balls get zapped, he cannot make it stop, he cannot remove the electrodes. He just spends the next nine months with someone else controlling his body.
